I am Adrita Roy, and for the past 14 years I crafted my passion for dance through variations of styles such as Kathak, Bharatanatyam and Folk. I am the founder of Nritya Mandala and a recognized member of UNESCO Council of International Dance (CID). My goal is to weave my greatest love for dance and biology through BioRhythym, exploring methodological approaches of rehabilitation through dance. In my free time, you will find me binge watching Bollywood movies!

Hi, I’m Harini, a senior at Westlake High School. I’m a trained Bharatanatyam dancer with nine years of experience and a member of the Nityamandala Club. I’ve received several awards, including two well recognized world records. I’m proud to be part of Biorhythm, where dance becomes a way to connect, inspire, and share joy beyond the stage.

Hi, I’m Aarna, a junior at Westlake High School. I have been training in Bharatanatyam for the past seven years and am an active member of the Nritya Mandala South Asian Dance Club. Dance has always been more than a hobby for me; it is a powerful form of self-expression and a way to stay connected to my cultural roots. Through Bharatanatyam, I’ve learned discipline, storytelling, and the importance of preserving ancient artistic traditions. I am passionate about sharing this beautiful art form with others and celebrating the rich heritage it represents.
